Fat Daddio's 9"x13"x2" Rectangular Cake Pan is made from extremely strong anodized aluminum. The anodizing process makes it impossible for the raw aluminum to pass onto your food. Since the anodized aluminum is a slicker surface it is still recommended that you grease the pan. All pans are recommended hand wash only.
The rim is rolled and the aluminum is manufactured with a premium 3003 aluminum.
