Holiday Open House
November 23, 2019 @ 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
The Hammonds invite you to the Paddington Family of Stores’ 46th Annual Open House, November 23rd from 11am until 7pm. This family-favorite local tradition is the perfect kick-off to the holiday season!
Prizes, giveaways, and product demos will be taking place at all four locations, but the main attraction will remain at the flagship store, Paddington Station. Throughout the day, there will be family activities and crafts, performances from the Rogue Valley’s finest youth musicians, and gourmet culinary sampling from favorite local vendors.
Inspired By Oregon will be brimming with state pride by hosting the iconic Pendelton Woolen Mills and sampling their namesake whiskey for guests 21 and over. The store will also be celebrating Taylor’s Sausage by serving their wonderful cured meats.
The Paddington Jewel Box will be offering wine samples from Naumes Family Vineyards for visitors 21 and over. The highlight here will be a “Dream Wardrobe” giveaway, where fashionistas can win a shopping spree featuring our vintage-inspired dresses.
Paddington Express, our newest store, will be featuring The Gift of Giving, a beautifully curated collection of gifts benefiting local, national, and global initiatives. Additionally, Express will be donating $5 of every purchase made during Open House to one of four local non-profits. This is the perfect opportunity to complete your holiday gifting early, in a meaningful and community minded way.
The 46th Annual Open House is also a great way to give back to the community! Paddington Station has set a goal of collecting 1 ton of donations for the Ashland Emergency Food Bank and will be thanking guests who donate an item of non-perishable food with a beautiful complimentary holiday ornament. Guests are also encouraged to participate in free hourly door prizes and to sign up for one of eight grand prize raffles, valued at $500 each. Grand Prize Raffle proceeds will go to our local St. Vincent de Paul chapter.
“This is our gift to the community,” says owner Pam Hammond. “It has grown over the years and we are grateful to our loyal customers who have allowed us to stay in business these forty-six years.”
See you then!
